Kelvin Hide
Chairman

Kelvin gained a wealth of main board and senior management experience within the distribution industry whilst a Director of UniChem plc. More recently he has been Chairman of a number of their niche market companies and is now a non-executive Director of Alliance UniChem's UK businesses.

For a number of years Kelvin has worked with the management team of Hales and Hindmarsh advising on business growth strategy and was appointed to the board in January 2000.

Mike Salter
Managing Director

Mike joined Hales and Hindmarsh in 1978 after holding board level positions in personnel and manufacturing with two major engineering groups. He was appointed to the Hales and Hindmarsh board in 1982 and acquired the company from the founding Directors in 1986.

In addition to managing the business on a day to day basis, Mike is responsible for marketing and sales and continues to be actively involved in assignment delivery.
